Laser Water Isotope Analyzer, Picarro 

The LWIA provides isotope ratio measurements by laser absorption spectroscopy (off-axis integrated cavity output spectroscopy).  It is capable of analyzing water for hydrogen and oxygen stable isotope analysis.
