Admission requirements

Knowledge equivalent to 60 credits in Geology or Geoscience, where the courses Tellus I (GG2003) and Tellus II (GG4033), alternatively Geology 30 credits (GG2006) must be included, and 7.5 credits in Mineralogy (GG4002/GG4016/GG4029/GG4037/GG4141).

Examination

is based on a written/oral assessment at the end of the course. Assessment criteria are:

A = Excellent
B = Very good
C = Good
D = Satisfactory
E = Sufficient
Fx = Insufficient
F = Entirely insufficient

The assessment criteria will be outlined at the start of the course. To pass the course, a minimum grade E is necessary.
